If all you want to do is add your own functions, it's almost like javascript and java. You can learn it by looking at the code inside.

You compile it once for the .exe.....you need the .NET framework and VS '05 to compile it and run it.

Computers are incredibly stupid. No common sense at all. You have to tell them EXACTLY what to do for EVERY case. But at least they obey you. Most of the time.

Calculators are sposed to make your life easy. Would you rather solve problems by hand (or in your head)? A little bit of foresight and time will pay off.

Well, I looked at the source code thing, but I don't have VS .NET. Is there an alternative compiler?

A lot of people and companies have made compilers that I'm sure you can use, but I don't know any specifically. Very few people use .NET progs without having VS. Try googling it.
