Very simple topic - What does your username mean, if it means anything at all?

Mine, alblurt06 is divided into two parts:

alblurt is a variation of my real name, Albert and the 'blurt' kind of symbolizes my inability to keep secrets. Luckily for me, the screename has kind of made me into a better person.

"06" is basically the year I graduate from high school.

What about you guys?

It is Keese, and Rat. The rat part kind of shows my unhealthy obbsession with the vermin, and Keese means Key. Its pronounced Key-Zer-at, not Keys-rat, or even Key-zer-rat. I get touchy about that.

Grand was the front part of the precursor website to Origin, and I thought that one up because a friend of mine had it also as a part of his website.

Oddly enough, in my name, "Paladin" is used as a sort of adjective...to describe the "dragoon" at the end. A dragoon who does the work of a paldin, one might say. *shrugs* It's a bit confusing, I know. But that's as best as I can explain it... XD

Garlic Junior - An awesome, bad ass, villian in DBZ. The guy is immortal, has his own star, has his own dimension, can trap the god of Earth in a glass jar, and can transform Hulk-style! How could you not love him? It's a pity they made him get defeated in such an idiotic manner. If I was GJ (oh wait, I am) I'd learn from my mistakes and never have opened the Dead Zone again. Anyway, I joined DBZCenter over 5 years ago, my first foray into message boards, and as everyone else had already taken all the good names, I went with something like 'Krillins_Mate' or 'Freeza'sHenceman#19', but I forgot the passwords. I then saw the GJ saga, and the rest is history. Over the years, many people have changed their name as they moved away from DBZ, but mines is like a part of my personality now, so other than brief changes (usually when I join a new message board; 'Angelus', 'devoid' (my band), 'garlic', etc) I've stuck with it for more than half a decade.

Lady is something i chose, because when browsing the site, i didn't think i saw any girls.
Actually, it was originally LadyFatesBlood,

And i wanted to make it obvious i was a girl, because sometimes on forums it's hard to tell who is male/female , just by going by there usernames.

And then i shortened it to Lady.

The "FatesBlood" part of it shows that i want to drain the blood out of fate( which i believe in wholeheartedly, and i hate it).

Odd, like PoA said about his name, is pretty self-explanatory.

My main name though, Haven, came from two things. The first one was a website I owned about 3-4 years ago called DBZ Haven (don't even say anything), and then I found these forums and used the name HavenMaster (eventually shortening it). The second purpose behind my name, and the reason I stuck with it after my site died, was my main Rpg character, who I obviously nicknamed Haven.

"Risseiya" is actually a combination of two words/names - one's an acronym: Ri - which stands for random idiot. I'd meant it to be a joke but it stuck. ^^

The second is "Seiya," a character from this story I'd read at the time; the character was ditzy, absentminded, and childish, most of the time. The rest of the time, he was genuinely focused, serious, and even somewhat cynical. It turned out -- D(isassociative)I(dentity)D(isorder).

The extra 's' was a mistake. whistling.gif
