I am suing alblurt06 because he is making Origin's composition skewed more towards males than females.

My terms:

I am suing you for 1 zeny. I refuse to settle out of court. If you cannot afford an attorney, I will help pay for one of your choosing (up to 20k, I'm not as rich as I once was FROWN.GIF). If you lose your case and cannot afford (I'll trust your word on that swink.gif) the amount I demand, I'll waive it.

Ok. Here I begin. (In this post I am Duke's lawyer)

(I'm gonna set a precedent here - no "your honor" crap!)

After close questioning, Alblurt06 has admitted to being a male on [ 01/22 14:56:26 ]. Therefore we satisfy the first requirement for the success of this case.

Being male, Alblurt06 strongly disproportionates the gentle balance between the male and female members of Origin. Origin right now only has two semi-active female participants: Lady and Ri. (I will set another precedent - no need to refer to people in formal names, especially if it is long. Anything that will correctly identify whom you are talking about will suffice)

But let us examine the number of active males on Origin. By looking at the "Today's Top 10 Posters" list alone, we can see that nine of the ten active posters are obviously male. That makes females only 1/9th the male population. However, if Alblurt06 were to have been born a female, he would not have tipped the balance in such a strong favor towards the males; instead of females constituting 1/9th = 11% of the male population, it would consistute 2/8th = 25% of the male population. We can clearly see that it is because of Al that the relative ratio of the males vs the females is skewed 25-11 = 14 percent! Fourteen percent!

That, ladies and gentlemen, is a very significant number. And with that, I end my first argument, and am now open to cross examination and further points of clarification.
