Swiift Talbroda, Elf for Becca's RP

*Name: Swiift (two i's) Talbroda.

*Gender: Female.

*Age: She is 272, and looks about 30-35.

*Race: Dark Elf.

*Occupation: A specialist in the darker arts. She doesn't see herself as a mage or witch of any type.

*Title: She holds no title to herself, and wants no title.

*Physical Appearance: Short for an elf, Swiift stands at 5' 7". Her weight fits her height. She is lean with lots of curves. He face is pretty, with small features. Her eyes are a dark gray. Underneath her left eye is one lone freckle. Her hair is black, and in the light, highlights of blues and purples can be seen. She wears is loose and is long. Swiift has a very placid skin tone. Such in fact, it's a pale blue-gray.

*Clothing: Swiift wears very a heavy black velvet cloak. Her hood is always worn unless she feels the need to remove it. Beneath them is a skimpy black top that's completely sleeveless and stops just below her bust. Her stomach bares no cloth. A long black loin cloth is worn that stops at her ankles. Around her neck hangs several necklaces, and her wrists, bracelets. Her left ankle bares a light silver chain. Swiift wears nothing on her feet.

*Personality: Swiift is a loner. She lives in a small hut in the forest depths of the Harrian Woods, where she conjures potions and dabbles in making cursed weapons. When around other elves, she does not speak unless she is spoken too. She can be quick to anger, so those should be wary to watch what they say and do. Otherwise, Swiift is calm natured. She is neither kind or mean, but stoic, passing no emotion in her voice or in her face.

*Strengths: She has acquired a very powerful mind, intelligent. Her knowledge of the dark side of magic is vast. During her many years in learning under the elder mages she was taught how to raise the dead. It can only be done during a blue moon and only one person can be raised. This is normally done when something has been found (say a powerful ancient relic) and many question arise and answers are in dire need. So, Swiift being the most able of the elves to do it, will raise the one who can answer the questions. She can not raise an undead army or anything so completely ridiculous such as that. After the act is performed, she cannot use any type of magic for almost three months because the amount of energy needed drains her until she is almost dead. Swiift also has a sharp eye and can be handy with a long bow.

*Weaknesses: She pales in comparison to other elves when it comes to close combat. She knows nothing of how to handle a sword, or a dagger for the matter. As said, she can have a quick temper and become rash.

*History: Swiift was her parent's last chance to try and have another mage raised within their family. Her two older siblings, Falina and Twibik were both unable to become one. So when she was 9, she was sent to live with her grandfather, an elder who practiced the dark arts. He taught her almost everything she knows, except for the gift of raising the dead. For that she went off on her own to learn from a very mysterious character, Baludrid, another elder. Since he was becoming to old to perform it, he decided to take Swiift in as his apprentice. Her journey in learning the dark arts took her 100 years. Along that journey she fell in love with a fellow apprentice under Baludrid. He disappeared one night and was found dead weeks later. His name was Dran.

*Weapons: Her mind. She has a long bow only if needed, so she does not carry it with her.

*Belongings and Favorites: The light silver chain is the only thing of importance in Swiift's life. Dran gave it to her.

*Family: All of her family still lives, her parents, Wilk and Brawyn, and two siblings, they all reside in the city living humble lives. Her parents run a small stand in the market place selling fruit. Every now and then Falina visits her to talk. Twibik has had no contact with her since she left at 9. He is bitter about not being able to become a mage.
