Why don't we just keep DST for the whole year?

Bush? I don't think he was the one who voted for DST changes. But yes, DST saves energy.

Yeah, I've been saying that for a while. I see little reason not to, I mean our time out of DST is getting smaller, and at this point, I think we're in DST for at least 3/5 of the year.

Maybe Congress is just legislating a more gradual change. I think it'd be more efficient to just do it once.

I like the change, but for the sake of efficiency, it would probably be better to have DST throughout the whole year.
