Greetings members,
As we celebrate yet another holiday season among us, complete with family dinners, gift wrapping, and for the non-secular, bargain hunting, we here at Origin would like to wish you a great holiday season and an excellent new year.
This year has been a good one. We still manage to keep up the consistent posting, and have many members who wander their way back into the fold, as well as new ones, who seem to contribute a great deal to all forums, especially my favorite, the heralded University. The great times and amusing antics of all could not be had with the thoughts of everyone.
Coming soon, as everyone knows, will be the 'Best of 2007' thread(s). From members to news, to electronics and every list in between, I invite you to think and reflect on the year and what it has been. Most of all, enjoy yourselves, for 2007 is almost no more, and 2008 is upon us. Perhaps Jinghao has a few new features up his sleeve? We have yet to see.

Happy Holidays to you too. It was a great year, and tomorrow (technically, it's a little past midnight in the Eastern time zone), I will be celebrating my first Origin anniversary. It will also be my first day back home, but I will put up with the dial up, and hold off the whole "catching up with friends and family" (I've only been back in college for 3 weeks anyway) to make sure that it is a memorable day. I'm not sure how I'm going to do that yet, but I will. Since most of you will probably become more active over break, remember that I tend to become less active, but the good news (in this aspect alone) is that my break is short.
Origin University had a good year, at least compared to what I can go back and look at in the forum. Our philosophical, scientific, political, or sometimes even completely stupid pointless debates have been fun, and I think we've all gotten much better at debating than we were a year earlier. Hopefully next year I can say the same.
I probably won't be able to do much campaigning for the Best of 2007 topic, since I'll be at home, but before I go, I will change my avatar one more time, in hopes that the new one will be voted the best, and I'll probably steal Brian's idea, and put all my avatars in my sig. I still have most of them.
