2. My mom's parents' house, then my dad's sister's house.
3. None because I'm cheap.
4. Money, and a sustain pedal for keyboard. Nothing crazy.

I had ham, but I also had kapusta, pierogie, kielbasa, some thing that's basically a mixture of beef, hot peppers, cabbage, and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, creamed onions, yams, baked beans, shrimp, deviled eggs, homemade coleslaw (even though everything I've listed prior was also homemade), and a few other things I can't remember the name of. I pretty much ate as much as I probably could, and exploded afterward.
