Nope, no T.V., and I'm quite busy with schoolwork this week. I've only watched Curious Case of Benjamin Button, though I heard that slumdog millionaire is expected to win something.

(Why are all my google ads for this page titled "Single Mom Makes It Big"? They are ads for different websites.)

I'm not really into this kind of thing. Plus, I haven't seen any new movies in a long time, almost a year, I think.

LIST OF WINNERS HERE

The usual "Sundance-friendly" crap. The Dark Knight should have swept the board. The being said, it has been a poor year all-in for movies.

Milk winning, was definitely used as a political springboard. I really enjoyed the film though.

SM, I need to get back to you later.

The last Oscars I watched was when LotR: Return of the King was nominated. I was so happy at the number of categories it won. That will remain one of the greatest movies ever in my eyes. Right below Phantom of the Opera.

Wall-e! I agree with that one. ssmile.gif It seems so difficult to put so much life and emotion into robots that almost never speak.

I really liked Lord of the Rings and Phantom of the Opera, too, Uno. Though, I think that Lord of the Rings 3 could have been split into two movies... it was way too long!

Probably the same for me. I don't remember if I saw one with Jim afterward.

Oh, I did see The Dark Knight. But that's the only one, I think.

@ Tricia: *GLOMP* You're one after my heart. x3 *high five* Although, the length of RotK made it more epic-- by definition! =D
