Do you mean the: tl;dw version?

I mean, I could...but I wouldn't have cited sources to accompany my facts.

I enjoy my vices, though admittedly, too much milk upsets my stomach. Cheese on the other hand doesn't bother me. Coincidence? Probably.

I drink milk for the protein, and because it's more accessible than soy milk at school.

I... don't notice any health problems except I'm fat, but that's not because of milk.

I eat tuna for protein, cheese, ice cream. Occassionally taco bell and pizza. Never plain milk.

/e I might start drinking flavoured soy milk (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate).

Throwing out a few thousand years of human history, but whatever.

I enjoy my dairy all around, unapologetically.

Everything in moderation, my friends.

Yeah, I mean eating dairy can only cause:

Chronic Fatigue
Tension headaches
Musculosceletal Pain
Hyperactivity
Bedwetting
Allergies and congestion
Asthma and Respiratory Difficulties
Early atherosclerosis from oxidized cholesterol and coronary artery disease
Juvenile Diabetes
Type 1 Diabetes
Breast Cancer
Ovarian Cancer
Cervical Cancer
TB
Acne
Rheumatoid Arthritis
Lou Gehrig's Disease
Multiple Sclerosis
Lower IQ (if fed to babies instead of breast milk)
Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease

But...no big deal.

It cannot cause TB. If TB was in the milk, it would have been killed during pasteurization.

Wrong, friend. Pasteurization actually leaves a lot to be desired in terms of killing viruses and bacteria. For the most part, it only kills the good bacteria that you would have consumed.

Here's another video on how dairy is bad for you from the huffington post: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dr-mark-hyma...n_b_558876.html

This is what happens when you get your information from the Huffington Post (an AOL ® © ™ (¶ ) company).

Dairy, wine, chocolate, sushi, and filet mignon are all "good for you." Again, everything in moderation.
